About the project
La Vista, a multi-family residential building located in Guaratuba, Paraná, was designed for Construtora BOUW to blend in with the coastal landscape, offering privileged views of the sea. Its contemporary architecture, with organic shapes and fluid lines, harmonizes with the natural surroundings.
The main challenge of the project was the development and interaction between the 13 types of units, each designed to meet different profiles, without compromising the visual unity of the building. The solution found was a staggered volumetry, which not only ensured privacy and natural ventilation, but also maximized the ocean view from all units.
Neutral materials and refined finishes, such as wood details, reinforce integration with the landscape, while large windows and wide balconies connect the interiors to the exterior.
