About the project
La Vista, a multi-family residential building located in Guaratuba – PR, was designed for Construtora BOUW with the aim of harmonizing with the coastal landscape, offering privileged views of the sea. Its contemporary architecture, with organic shapes and fluid lines, interacts with the natural surroundings.
The main challenge of the project was the elaboration and interaction between the 13 types of units, each one designed to meet different profiles, without compromising the visual unity of the building. The solution found was a staggered volumetry, which not only guaranteed privacy and natural ventilation, but also maximized the view of the ocean in all units.
Neutral materials and refined finishes, such as wood details, reinforce integration with the landscape, while large windows and wide balconies connect the interiors to the exterior.
