About the project
Villa Giardino, located in Foz do Iguaçu – PR, is a multi-family residential building that emerged from the requalification of an urban skeleton, transforming an existing structure into a modern product aligned with contemporary demands. Developed for Natucci Engenharia, the project located in a prime area of the city, offers a new housing concept to the abandoned structure.
The architectural intervention prioritized the optimization of spaces, with functional and well-lit apartments, in addition to common areas that promote coexistence and well-being of residents. Integration with the surroundings was carefully planned, respecting the urban landscape and enhancing the privileged location.
Villa Giardino is an example of how architecture can revitalize existing structures, transforming them into spaces that combine practicality, comfort and sophistication, while contributing to the requalification of strategic urban areas.
